4. Domestic Shipping:

We ship to addresses within North America. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3 business days

We offer shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Weeknd Garage is not liable for any delays, additional fees, or issues that arise due to customs procedures.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link. While we do our best to ensure accurate tracking information, we cannot guarantee its availability or accuracy once the package is in the carrier's possession. Customers should monitor tracking information for updates.

7. Delivery Issues:

We will work to resolve the issue promptly; however, Weeknd Garage is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address provided.

8. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Weeknd Garage is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
