Warranty Coverage
Weeknd Garage provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for products we manufacture and sell. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse or external causes.
Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the duration specified in the product description. At our discretion, we may repair or replace any product with a verified manufacturing defect during this period. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty.
Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at info@weekndgarage.com within the warranty period. You must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the product and may request its return for further examination. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. We have no obligation to provide a remedy until the defect is verified.
Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, spills, modifications, or external factors (e.g., power surges, extreme temperatures, fire, floods).
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by anyone not approved by Weeknd Garage.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Weeknd Garage’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use, inability to use, or performance of the product, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business, or use.
Governing Law: This policy, including all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, is governed by the laws of the province where Weeknd Garage is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that province, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law.
